Note: If the following situations occur, Lines Up will not grant refunds or replacements:
- Incorrect address information resulting in non-delivery.
- Delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or any force majeure reasons.
- The delivery shows as completed
现货：下单后1-2工作日内发货，发货后2-4工作日签收
预定：下单后7-15工作日内发货，发货后2-4工作日签收
