退款政策

Lines Up does not support exchanges for sizes, but items purchased can be returned within 7 days of delivery for Store Credit. Store Credit can be used to purchase any items in the store. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not allow order cancellations. All items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

You must ship the return package to the following address within 7 days of receiving the item, and please label your four-digit order number on the outer packaging for warehouse identification.

Your Store Credit refund will be processed within 7 days of the warehouse receiving the return. Store Credit will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order, so please ensure it is correct.

Note: Store Credit is equivalent to using a Discount Code. Free shipping is available for orders over $99 after using Store Credit.

Important Return Information:

We do not accept return requests issued 7 days after receipt of the goods.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or altered. However, this does not apply if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. Slight loose threads/size measurement errors within a reasonable range/mild pilling on knitwear/wear effects are not considered quality issues.

Damage and Problems:

Please check your items immediately upon receipt of your order. If the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Lines Up不支持换码数，但购买的商品收到起7日内都可寄回退成Store Credit 后重新下单，邮费不退。
